My primary focus is to help you make desired changes in your life, cope with the current challenges that are getting in your way and to help you attain a fulfilling and healthy life. I will help you manage and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and the emotional and psychological effects of complex trauma. My clients report significant changes in their overall well being, life fulfillment including better relationships, improved self esteem, self awareness, and a more expansive outlook on the future.
