I am a Certified EMDR therapist. My focus is working with individuals who have experienced trauma that they have not been able to resolve on their own. We have all experienced some type of trauma in our lives that could be from childhood abuse, neglect, relationship abuse, accidents, injuries or even small traumas from not receiving something that we needed in order to feel safe and loved . Sometimes we are able to resolve these traumas on our own and sometimes we get stuck. Working together using tools individual to your needs is how we heal those traumas. I believe it is a privilege to be part of your healing and I will work to achieve rapport and connection in order to provide a safe place for you to share and work on issues. I am an integrative and holistic therapist. I view the client and their system as a whole. Each impacts the other. My co therapist is a black/white Bernedoodle who loves to cuddle.
