My name is Dena Webster; I am a licensed clinical social worker. My goal in providing therapy is to make a difference for everyone one day at a time. I meet my clients where they are and consider their whole environment when identifying issues and resolving them. My approach to therapy is eclectic; I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and coping skills. I realized that having someone to talk to and a safe place to say the hard things was helpful. I also noticed I have always been that friend everyone talks to process their problems.
