My ideal client is a high school junior or senior navigating the transition to young adulthood. They’re juggling school, college plans, and figuring out who they are, often feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety along the way. Life can feel messy and fast-paced, and they’re trying to sort through the expectations and emotions that come with growing up. They’re seeking a safe, supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and build the confidence and coping skills to handle life’s challenges and move toward growth.
