If you’re a woman, BIPOC individual, professional, or trauma survivor feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted from “being strong,” you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, affirming space to heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma using EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, and insight-oriented work. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian-integrated counseling. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to support you.
