I offer client-centered therapy to adults, older adults and adolescents who are experiencing distress, relationship conflict, sadness, loneliness or who are stuck in situations that feel hopeless. I offer a safe space and encourage my clients to talk about their lives, process their thoughts and feelings, and find clarity and peace of mind so that they can move forward and be their best selves. I believe that everyone does the best that they can do, and they often want to do better or feel better.
