Hi! My name is Denise Aguilar, a bilingual (Spanish/Spanglish/English) Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Los Angeles, CA. I look forward to helping individuals begin their healing journey by normalizing taking care of their mental health. I provide services to adults navigating different stages of life, who are experiencing stress, life transitions, chronic health issues, work burnout, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-base while proving a safe place for clients to be themselves.
