Life is dynamic, full of highs and lows. And while we often feel excited to share our highs publicly, we may suffer through the lows in silence. I hope to support you in addressing issues connected to stress, relationships, depression, trauma and other lived experiences. My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. Through observations and questions, I'll guide you to build insight, gain skills, and come to your own conclusions and decisions. I practice from a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, specializing in trauma, mood disorders, gender identity, sexual orientation, and racial/ethnic identity.
