Accepting New Clients! I offer in-person and Telehealth counseling for couples and individuals (Adults 18+). At Life Quest Counseling, our goal is to provide a supportive, safe space where hope and healing can flourish. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, heal and find peace - regardless of their age, background or situation. We invite couples and individuals to gain understanding and support and to learn skills and strategies that will help them work through challenging situations, improve relationships and increase their sense of empowerment. Specialties Include: Anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, grief, couple's counseling and trauma. I consider it an honor to work with all individuals, including Military Veterans, First-responders and Seniors (age 60+)
