Denise received her master’s degree from Mid-America Christian University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has over 5 years of experience as a counselor primarily working with couples and families but has also worked with kids in the foster care system. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois. She has completed training in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. She has also completed Gottman’s course on Treating Affairs and Trauma.
