I enjoy working with clients that are interested in living their best life possible by working through the challenges that have kept them from feeling whole and emotionally healthy. I work with issues of personal growth and health & wellness by helping to clear the challenges of trauma that come from violence, disturbing memories, medical challenges, anger, addictions, stress, anxiety & panic attacks, complicated grief, eating struggles and communication. I like to deal with the whole person which includes healthy habits, communication and their relationship to others. I work with individuals and couples.
