I am a clinical social worker with 30+ years of social work experience.My work with Individuals and families focus on building a strong foundation that can help weather life's stressors. I work with primarily adults 18 and older with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting, Life Transitions, Grief and Bereavement, Aging and Self Defeating Behavior. When confronting a major loss it is a shock to the body and mind. Working through the grief and pain helps you gain the motivation and confidence to learn to adjust to the changes. Developing courage and acceptance is a process.
