I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the mental health field for over 35 years. I specialize in supporting those struggling with substance abuse and their families. I also have a broad range of experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I enjoy working with clients who struggle with making changes and feel their problems are insurmountable. I find fulfillment in helping others realize that no matter how difficult things are, they can make changes in their lives. I’m direct in my approach, and many of my clients say that’s what they like about working with me. I’ve worked with a multitude of individuals and couples and have helped many make positive changes in their lives.
