I work with clients who have experienced trauma and notice its impact in their lives. You may be experiencing big emotional reactions such as anger or sadness to regular life events. You may be feeling confused as to why you are dealing with this and where it is coming from. I support clients as they work through their trauma to help them heal from past experiences without fear of judgment. I work with First Responders to process traumatic incidents or personal experiences. I support new moms/parents who are experiencing mom rage and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of parenting and children who have big emotional responses.
