As an LCSW in practice since 1988, I offer proven treatments that are effective with short term counseling. EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction are very effective for trauma, anxiety, grief and insomnia. EMDR and ART are particularly effective for Performance Improvement. Trauma resolution is achieved in 1 to 5 sessions, not months or years and is offered in person or video sessions. Pain management is also offered with Alpha Stim M, a painless and quick treatment for reducing or eliminating a variety of pain issues including nerve pain.
