Sometimes "the problem identified is not the actual problem". As a therapist with over 15 years experience, I seek to walk along side you in this process/journey towards a deeper sense of self awareness and healing. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed or trapped in cycles of overthinking. It may be life transitions, motherhood, or identity shifts. It may be deep loss. You long to feel grounded again. You want emotional safety and well being as well as tools that will actually help. You want to understand why you feel the way you do-and how to move forward without pressure or judgement. I offer a compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply human approach to therapy. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, calm their nervous system, and gain a sense of control, confidence and peace in their lives. It is my hope that therapy will be a safe experience for you as you move towards your own healing and restoration.
