I believe my approach to therapy has always been to provide a space where people can feel heard, understood and challenged to look at themselves and the choices they have made. This applies to the youth of today as well as those more experienced in life. I offer a genuine and direct approach to changing lives, while going at the right pace for each individual. People need to feel safe in a non judgmental space and appreciate honest feedback and direction while they transition on their therapeutic journey. I am eclectic in my approach to treatment and use a multitude of therapeutic techniques which are individualized to each client.
