This means how family behaviors, including our extended family, community, and other meaningful relationships, influence mental health. My experience includes assisting individuals, couples, and families suffering from trauma, sexual abuse, child and adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and supporting LGBTQIA+ youth and adults.
