My therapeutic perspective begins and concludes with grace. I entered this industry because I am equipped to enable individuals to be reflective and allow themselves to properly heal and live a meaningful life. I believe in holistic health that considers the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the whole person. I believe that counseling is a means of development and recovery in which a client can explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe, secure setting.
