I have experience working with those affected by trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions. I have worked in the Bangor community for most of my career with a local agency, as well as a mental health hospital providing intensive outpatient counseling. I will teach you strategies to help you manage your symptoms and emotions. I will be your biggest cheerleader and support. I will provide guidance and suggestions during your healing journey.
