I believe that personal growth is a lifelong process and that meaningful change can happen at any age. I also believe that what is needed to accomplish this is the right balance of acceptance, integrity, and experience, so that you can trust enough to discuss the issues that are most important and learn better ways of living. I utilize psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches depending upon your preference and need, and I have helped many clients lead happier and healthier lives.
