Finding a therapist you connect with can be hard. I want to create a space where you can just be yourself, no judgement, and we can figure things out together. Think of it as a team effort. We'll chat about what's going on, and I'll help you find ways to feel better and get where you want to be. Whether you're feeling stressed, grieving, need more motivation, or want to feel more yourself, I'm here to lend a hand. I use a mix of evidence-based treatment modalities but Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is most effective with my therapy style. I'm always learning, reading, and watching for improved therapy techniques so you know you are getting solid support. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
