I am also transparent about my own experiences with anxiety and OCD in a way that my clients find encouraging. I am an Adlerian-trained psychotherapist specializing in marriage and family systems. I've been married for over 30 years, have 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren. My husband and I operated a small business for nearly 30 years.
