I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Mercer University. My philosophy is strength-based as I assist clients to resolve or prevent poor self-concept by addressing academic, career and personal/social challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coupled with multidisciplinary strategies to meet clients where they are, As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, providing pre-marital counseling and marriage enrichment my desire is to instill a legacy that encourages and empowers clients to face and overcome the challenges of life. I understand how ADHD and learning differences not only impact the individual facing challenges, but the family unit as a whole.
