Hi there! I am Denise. Does life feel out of control? Too quick? Too stressful? Have you experienced a loss? I specialize and hold certifications in grief, trauma, youth mental health, ADHD and Autism. I have spent many years working with families, teenagers and adults by helping identify and resolve problems with some techniques to help. I am looking forward to working with you! I am invested in each of my clients. I truly care and am empathetic to what changes people desire to achieve. I am up front and honest through out the process.
