Connection is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that the key to healing starts with healthy relationships, whether that is the relationship we have with ourselves or the relationships we hold with others. The things we have experienced in life, pleasant or otherwise, impact the way we interact with the world around us. I take a trauma-informed, person centered approach with clients and meet my clients with compassion, empathy, and curiosity to support their goals. I am passionate about helping people create healthy, supportive relationships that truly make a difference in their lives.
