Hi, I’m Denise, an EMDR trained and trauma informed therapist; I am here to support and witness your transformation. I work primarily with adult women with ADHD who are navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD and relationship struggles; especially those who are ready to connect with their true selves. Struggling is part of life and it's hard! Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, facing life transitions, and not knowing who we are or what we want, is confusing and can hold us back. Together we can navigate these struggles to uncover your best self and unlock your full potential. My practice is centered in helping you explore your past and all parts of yourself, embrace your present and step in to the person you want to honor. I use EMDR, parts work / internal family systems theory, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support your transformation.
