Greetings, I'm Denitra Gaines LPC, NCC. I feel very fortunate to support individuals as they work through life's challenges. I am a fully licensed professional counselor. I provide a safe judgment free zone to explore and process your thoughts and feelings you may not share with anyone else. I encourage gentle confrontation, validation, and support to increase ones self-efficacy and self awareness. I also partner with couples and families to provide therapy and teach effective interpersonal skills training to help improve your relationships.
