In my 25 years of psychotherapy practice for individuals, couples, and families, I have helped people identify, explore and heal the issues that have kept them from accomplishing what they want with their lives. My experience has shown that moving beyond right/wrong thinking, judgments and emotional reactivity can greatly facilitate growth and freedom. Paying attention to the sensations and feeling in our bodies and relaxing through deep breathing can create insights to quickly reveal one's essential issues. Over the last ten years I have spent considerable time doing couples therapy.
