Hello, I’m Denver Della Lucia, a compassionate and dedicated counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My integrative approach combines Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I leverage the strengths from each modality and tailor the therapy experience uniquely to each client’s needs. As an eclectic therapist, I believe in the power of integrating diverse therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are and facilitate holistic growth. I am currently seeing Kaiser clients virtually across CO, through Westside Behavioral Care. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or any life challenge, my goal is to provide you with the tools, support, and guidance needed to navigate through difficulties and discover your inner strengths.
