My therapeutic style is warm and curious, grounded in dark humor and honest, witty realism. I work with people who want to improve their relationships with self and others, LGBTQIA+, and those looking to strengthen their identity and build self-esteem. Together we don't just cope with anxiety and depression, we get to the root of it. I also work with relationships of all sexual orientations, ages, and styles (monogamous, ethically non-monogamous). I am incredibly lucky to do this work. My clients choose me because I support their growth, offer new perspectives, and share practical tools when the moment is right. I create space for clients to show up as themselves, even in their most vulnerable moments, and they leave sessions with a sense of real progress.
