I very much respect and appreciate your choice to begin therapy, which I understand is not always an easy choice to make. I believe that kindness and compassion are two of the most important qualities in a therapist and I strive to embody those qualities in my life and work every day. Helping others brings me great joy. I am passionate about helping people navigate depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as many other issues. I practice with an integrative approach that involves guiding clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences for the purpose of gaining insight and creating change in their lives.
