My ideal client is someone who struggles with (type(s) of addictions), experiences (forms of anxiety or stress), mood swings of highs and lows and often feels (emotionally trapped, overwhelmed, or burned out) by the pressures of sports/career/performance setting. They may also have patterns of codependency and find it difficult to create space for themselves, especially with limited access to healthy escapism or downtime.
