Are you an adolescent or adult who feels stifled by anxiety, depression, grief, the fallout from traumatic experiences, or a mixture of all of these? We all have the ability to find some degree of healing and growth even in the midst of dire circumstances and stressful life events. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore and express their needs, desires, and personalities in order to live a life most congruent with who they truly are at their cores. View 5 Photos I work with clients using a humanistic approach that most saliently integrates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, action and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, and solution-focused therapy to overcome such challenges. I also enjoy working with clients who are diagnosed as on the autism spectrum.
