If you're looking for authenticity, someone who is blessed to have received incredible training, incredible opportunities, as well as an eclectic background including but not limited to: Working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, couples and family systems work, substance abuse, PTSD, as well as a litany of other struggles. I consider being a mental health professional a humbling opportunity of the highest regard.
