Does your childhood still hold you back? I have worked with all ages in helping them identify and process challenges from childhood where they'd like to experience healing. Childhood proves to be such a foundational time in life and trauma we experience growing up impacts us in many ways. Some common phrases you might say to yourself are "I'm too young to feel this old", "I don't really feel like an adult", or "I never really had a childhood". All of these phrases point back to childhood trauma. My practice offers a space to reprocess these experiences and develop resources to help you get back in the driver's seat of your life.
