I work with clients to help treat mental health conditions related to social anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, post-traumatic stress, and challenges adjusting to life’s changes. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Using cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and a strengths-based approach, I help people improve their quality of life by building awareness and efficacy regarding patterns of thoughts, feelings, and actions. I currently have availability to work with new clients, but I am only available via teleconference for the time being.
