While most people come to treatment with one issue in mind, there are often more layers which we must peel back to get to the heart of the individual. I believe this process is completed by collaborating together to piece together the core issues and strengths we use to extract the best version of yourself. I use my clinical judgement and tools to identify the best individual treatment plan which I believe means addressing mind, body and spirit. I am a firm believer in physical health supplementing one's mental and emotional health.
