Many of us grow up learning to be strong, to stay quiet, or to put others first. But your story matters, and your healing matters too. I work with adults and adolescents who may be facing anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationships, or major life transitions. I also support those carrying intergenerational stress, immigration-related struggles, or the invisible weight of trying to be the “strong one” in the family.
