The moments in the therapeutic journey that I appreciate the most are when my clients start to affirm their own self worth, values, and progress, even when life inevitably throws us new challenges. A frequent image I use about the therapeutic journey is that it is like going up a tall, spiral staircase. Some days will feel like traveling in circles and being in the same place again, but my goal is to give you tools to keep climbing and to build self-compassion with you when it feels overwhelming. My focus includes identity development, attachment issues, drug use harm reduction, anxiety, ADHD, boundary setting, ketamine therapy aftercare, and self-care skill building. As a member of the queer community, I have an interest with connecting with queer clients, but I work well with anyone who is interested in thinking critically and their identities.
