I am passionate about working with veterans, first responders, and their families who are struggling with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I'm a veteran and served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2017. I am EMDR-trained and practice from a client-centered, solution-focused, and CBT-informed theoretical framework. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings.
