Hi, I’m Derrick (he/him). I support individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, stress, identity questions, and major life transitions. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. These experiences are more common than we talk about — and they can shift when we have a safe place to reflect, express, and be seen. I work from a Narrative Therapy lens, which means we explore the stories you’ve learned about who you are — and we get curious about which parts still fit and which parts you’re ready to change. Healing can happen through conversation, movement, music, art, or being in nature. There’s no single way to heal—only the way that feels right for you. I provide a warm, collaborative space using CBT, mindfulness, and creative expression to support your journey.
