Recent years have been stressful and anxiety-filled for many. We all need therapeutic support to navigate life's transitions, family issues, chronic medical conditions, and grief, among other challenges. Having a safe space to process our innermost thoughts and feelings can be a big first step in working towards change. My main goal in treatment is to create a space where clients can be their true selves, express their true feelings, and gain true insight.
