We often seek therapy during times when anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges begin to feel overwhelming. While the path to emotional wellness can be difficult, you don’t have to walk it alone. I believe people are inherently capable of growth and meaningful change when supported in a compassionate, accepting environment. My goal is to provide an affirming, healing space where individuals, couples, and families feel empowered to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and deepen self-understanding.
