Everyone has troubles from time to time in their lives. Sometimes we just need an empathetic ear to make us feel heard. Whether it's worries about the future or grief over the loss of loved ones, or even problems in relationships, I look at where these issues are coming from in order to find the best ways to overcome them on a personal basis. Moving forward in a positive way can be a challenge sometimes, but we don't believe it's impossible in any situation. I offer a faith based perspective if the client is so inclined, but it is not pushed on anyone that is not looking for it. I specialize in looking inward to dig out root causes for the negative patterns in our lives in order to break those patterns and form better ones.
