I believe that the most important determining factor for treatment success is the quality of the therapeutic relationship, which should be built on a foundation of safety, trust, and the spirit of collaboration. I take a client-centered, culturally sensitive, and strengths based approach to therapy. I determine my plan of care based upon the unique needs of each client, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
