Sometimes it helps to talk with someone. Everyone has issues and when those problems seem overwhelming, we have very good ears. We work with a wide range of issues, but our focus is on Mind, Body, and Spirit. We offer mental health counseling, addiction counseling, couple's counseling. We will help you identify the problem areas in your life and make a plan to address those areas. The first session with us is always no charge.
