Hi, I'm Kaila and I am so grateful you are here; you might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you: perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, chronic self-doubt, relationship struggles, or difficulty processing past trauma. Often, you’ve been strong for too long and are ready to let someone else support you. You want clarity, connection, and peace of mind. You may crave healthier boundaries, deeper relationships, or simply a break from the constant pressure to be "on". What you want, at the heart of it, is to feel safe being who you are, truly. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where we can explore what’s underneath the surface, challenge old narratives, and build new tools for emotional resilience. I work collaboratively, always honoring each client’s pace and lived experience. I am a trauma focused clinician and am honored to hold space for all who enter.
