Trying to keep up with everything is getting to be too much. The projects at work or maintaining a business have become challenging. The chores and the to-do list have gotten longer. The kids have yet another event scheduled and you are not in the mood to cook dinner. Not only that, your mental health has suffered due to past trauma or stressors, leaving your relationships in shambles, your goals left undone, your mood on a constant rollercoaster, and your needs last on the list. I know this story all too well because I am not afraid to admit, I’ve been where you are. I get it and you’re ready to shift out of it. You’re ready for a transformation to get unstuck to experience safety, healthy relationships, finding your voice and identity. I blend my personal experiences with trauma and my professional skillset to support women and mothers to do just this. I am deeply invested in the work that I do with women who are struggling with trauma, intimacy, or motherhood.
