Whether you're dealing with a history of trauma, perfectionism, women's issues, anxiety, depression, or grief and loss, you don't have to go through it alone. I offer guidance to help you achieve more clarity, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, resolve conflicts, and find joy and satisfaction in your life and relationships. I'm here to help you move forward. Outside of my Masters degree as a therapist, I have 15+ years of other relevant experience.
